  • Where to start

Start south: we boarded the ferry to tallinn during noon, red-eyed and dog-tired amidst the mediocrities. 3,5 hours of denial. life cannot be something like this. desperately trying to not mind the hangover

Elijah picks us up from the terminal. We walk the way to the EAST Gallery, which is located in a lovely old deserted building on Pikk in the old town of Tallinn. The music’s happening in the back-room and the front serves as a bar. We meet Andrus from Latvia who performs as Odd Sounds in the Dark, his lonely electric and acoustic guitars sounding as warm as his conversations.

A controlled chaos has been slowly seeping into our music. There’s no more panic, only confidence. Three guys are dancing to our arabic sounds, but when we kick up the distortion and proceed to melt things down there’s only a few guys sitting and John Fail standing, looking concentrated. Others have left. What are they afraid of?
